About the Role
Enterpret is looking for a sharp, creative, and highly opinionated operator to help orchestrate and accelerate our top-of-funnel engine. As a member of our BizOps team, in this role you’ll tackle projects at the intersection of Marketing and Sales - driving growth in how we attract, qualify, and convert leads. If you're obsessed with going viral, solving problems, and building GTM or growth programs (and have done these before) - this role is for you.
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role designed for someone who gets energy from solving hard problems, writing compelling copy, and experimenting with new ideas across channels. You’ll be a founding member of our BizOps team reporting to the Head of Business Operations, and launch initiatives that will materially move the needle.
Responsibilities
- Identify, plan and execute high-leverage growth initiatives and experiments
- Ideate and execute on creative, scroll-stopping marketing campaigns and tactics
- Ideate, execute and iterate on a hard-hitting content strategy through a data-driven lens
- Structure and solve ambiguous business problems, distilling complex data into actionable recommendations
- Build scalable processes to support rapid growth — from first principles through implementation
- Define key metrics, build dashboards, and deliver insights that drive better decisions across the company, especially in the marketing engine
Who You Are
- 3-6 years of experience - typically (but not required!) foundational experience in management consulting or investment banking, with additional industry experience at a startup - we’re looking for hustle, professionalism and the ability to ride the startup waves
- Prior experience as a founder, in growth marketing, social media, or other top-of-funnel role a huge plus (or, have created/done something that has gone viral, twice)
- Proven track record of tackling unstructured problems and driving initiatives from 0 to 1
- Creative thinker and excellent writer - experience writing copy and crafting effective customer-facing content, with proven ability to manage/influence cross-functional groups
- Design/branding experience not required, but a nice plus!
- Data-driven by nature and fluent in Excel/Google Sheets
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and innate ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Humble, collaborative, and able to influence without authority
