About the role (What you’ll be doing)

  • Call patients who did not attend their scheduled consultations, have not completed their payment, or have not finished the required quiz.
  • Coordinate and schedule calls between patients and doctors.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and messages on LINE.
  • Send proactive messages to patients when follow-up or additional support is needed.
  • Conduct patient interviews to collect necessary information and support patient care.

About you (Who you are)

  • You are currently a university student, or have 1-2 years of corporate experience.
  • You are a trust-worthy and supportive person who can create a sense of comfort and trust with patients
  • You are friendly and approachable
  • You are a native level Japanese speaker with a good command of English
  • You are comfortable using a computer and other digital tools
