Middle/Senior BI Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders from the PDM team to gather and clarify reporting requirements based on Jira data
• Design and maintain robust reporting solutions using Jira as the primary data source, leveraging EasyBI or similar BI tools
• Build and optimize data models using concepts such as cubes, dimensions, and measures to support reporting and analysis
• Develop custom fields, calculated measures, and automation scripts to enhance reporting capabilities within the Jira ecosystem
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of Jira-sourced data across reports and dashboards through regular validation and testing
• Drive improvements in reporting workflows and propose enhancements based on evolving business needs and system capabilities
• Provide guidance and support to users in interpreting Jira-based reports, ensuring clarity and actionable insights

What You Bring

• Solid understanding of Jira’s reporting capabilities and data structure
• Hands-on experience with EasyBI or other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Familiarity with report building concepts such as cubes, dimensions, and measures
• Basic scripting skills to create custom fields and calculated measures
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when working with data
• Ability to independently interpret business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with distributed teams
