Risk & Fraud Analyst (Hybrid, Cluj-Napoca)

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY

• Supports clients through available communication channels and responds regarding the status/security of their profile
• Checks and pays attention to client accounts, depending on the profile, to report any irregularities or fraud
• Checks suspicious behavior during the client's activity and follows protocol
• Analyzes and reports any suspicious behavior regarding internal fraud activity in the client's work tools
• Checks the backend occasionally for irregularities
• Verifies the client's identity
• Checks if clients create multiple accounts and take measures in this regard
• Processes transactions, when necessary, according to the department's internal procedures
• Communicate with the technical department in order to solve possible problems
• Accomplishment of any request coming from the direct manager & management team in a legal manner.

WHAT QUALIFIES YOU TO JOIN US ON OUR MISSION

• Minimum 1 year of industry experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective follow-through
• Analytical ability
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel
• Client-oriented, responsive to client requests
• Problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
• Hybrid working model (2 days/ week in office).
