Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Admin / Developer to elevate our Revenue Operations function to new heights. This role is pivotal in driving important Salesfroce work to completion, which in turn drives smooth operations for the Revenue function. This role will work closely with numerous stakeholders across the business, giving them wide exposure to different functions, people, and business perspectives. They will work closely with the Salesforce architect, the Head of Revenue Operations, and - as deemed necessary by various projects - various Product Managers and the Compliance team.

The core Salesforce setup is relatively straightforward and not riddled with debt. The architect is a high quality individual with deep experience in Financial Services, offering this role a fantastic mentor and collaborator for both developing their Salesforce capabilities but also learning about how Salesforce works for this industry.

Key Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with architect to manage the sprint tracking board
  • Work through sprint tracking board and complete deliverables
  • Add, delete, adjust fields, automations, picklists, notifications, etc.
  • Support build-out of integrations to third-party providers (e.g., Docusign, LexisNexis)
  • Maintain and communicate out to-do list to Head of Revenue Operations
  • Work directly with stakeholders - e.g., Product Managers and architect - to execute special projects
  • Add, delete, change users and their access
  • Resolve ad-hoc queries
  • Serve as key point-of-contact for APAC requests related to Salesforce

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce development and administration preferably in the banking/finance industry
  • Experience with various Salesforce cloud instances such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud 
  • Proficiency in Apex (including triggers, controllers and batch processing), Visualforce, Aura and LWC
  • Salesforce Admin and support experience in a globally distributed team environment 
  • Must be Certified in Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications, Consulting certifications are a plus

Required Skills: 

  • Proficient in Salesforce design, development and deployment with continuous integration & development lifecycle
  • Experience implementing and developing in Apex
  • Proficient in coding with SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Design System
  • General web development experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript 
  • Ability to write, interpret, and debug codebase
  • Experience with Salesforce integration with external Platforms- REST/Soap 
  • Able to design Flow and call apex functions
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model and Object relationships
  • Must be able to support Salesforce Security, Permissions, and Sharing Rules
  • Experience with AppExchange applications and customization; i.e. DocuSign etc..
  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with different BUs and support team members with Sales or Service processes
  • Must be familiar with working in an Agile environment, experienced delivering tasks in each sprint
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets and goals
