Job Description: Product Manager - Credit Product

FalconX is a leading crypto prime brokerage, providing comprehensive access to digital asset liquidity across the globe. We offer credit financing solutions to our clients for trading, enabling them to unlock and scale returns efficiently.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to lead the development of our credit financing platform. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business, finance, operations, legal, and compliance to deliver a best-in-class financing solution for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for credit sourcing and deployment across all FalconX product lines.
- Develop reporting and analytics to highlight both product and client-specific trends and risks.
- Work cross-functionally with teams including Markets, Operations, Compliance, Institutional Coverage, Product, and Engineering to develop and launch impactful and trusted credit book management solutions.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback from lenders and borrowers to inform product development and enhancements
- Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.
- Work closely with operations team to create and improve credit lifecycle management processes
You Look Like:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a demonstrated willingness to roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds.
- Solid understanding of capital markets products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technically hands-on with databases to query information and build simple analytics.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in product management.
- Excellent analytical skills with an advanced degree in math or finance.
- Experience writing technical specs, PRDs, creating roadmaps, and interacting directly with engineering and product team members in a fast-paced, iterative manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building analytics and process lifecycle management-heavy products at a broker-dealer, prop trading firm, hedge fund, and/or clearing firm (experience within the crypto industry is a plus!).
- Experience working as an early/founding team member at a growth-stage startup.
