Role Summary
The Senior Director, Global IT & Infrastructure is responsible for defining and executing the global technology infrastructure strategy that enables Fanatics Collectibles to scale securely, reliably, and efficiently across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. This leader will oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, workplace technology, service management, network engineering, and end-user support while ensuring technology capabilities align with long-term business strategy and operational priorities.
This role establishes the technology foundation required to support continued international expansion, acquisitions, and organizational growth. Working closely with executive and business leadership, the Senior Director will shape the long-term IT strategy, modernize infrastructure capabilities, and build a high-performing global organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy & Technology Leadership
- Define and execute the long-term Global IT & Infrastructure strategy aligned to business objectives and international growth.
- Develop scalable infrastructure, cloud, workplace technology, and service management capabilities supporting North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with long-term business priorities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve scalability, security, resilience, and employee experience.
Global Infrastructure & Operations
- Provide executive leadership for enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, networking, workplace technology, service management, and end-user support.
- Lead modernization of global infrastructure platforms.
- Establish enterprise standards, governance, and operational processes.
- Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Global Expansion & Mergers
- Lead technology planning and execution for expansion across Europe and Asia Pacific.
- Develop scalable integration strategies supporting mergers, acquisitions, and new business initiatives.
- Partner with regional leaders to balance global consistency with local requirements.
Operational Excellence
- Establish service delivery standards, governance, and operational metrics.
- Develop enterprise IT policies aligned with ITIL and industry best practices.
- Oversee strategic vendor relationships and technology sourcing.
- Lead infrastructure investment planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build and lead a high-performing global IT organization through senior managers and technical leaders.
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent acquisition.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centric service.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on technology strategy and operational risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise infrastructure strategy and global operations.
- Experience leading large-scale infrastructure organizations across multiple technology disciplines.
- Experience supporting global organizations, including Europe and/or Asia Pacific.
- Proven success leading infrastructure through rapid growth, transformation, and M&A integration.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, enterprise systems, workplace technology, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
- Strong financial acumen managing technology budgets and investment portfolios.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead geographically distributed teams.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating long-term vision into measurable business outcomes.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to Los Angeles and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training. Los Angeles Salary Range
$239,560 - $299,450 USD
