Your Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused E-commerce Operations Specialist to support the daily operations and sales growth of our Amazon and Shopify channels. This role will be responsible for product listing management, campaign execution, store maintenance, sales data tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth and high-performing e-commerce business.

As an important member of the digital commerce team, you will help optimize online store performance, improve customer experience, and support the achievement of revenue and operational goals across marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily Store Operations
  • Support the day-to-day operations of Amazon and Shopify stores, including product setup, listing updates, pricing checks, promotion uploads, and storefront maintenance. 
  • Ensure product information, images, descriptions, inventory status, and content are accurate and up to date across all platforms.
  • Monitor store health and quickly resolve operational issues related to listings, orders, promotions, and customer experience.
  1. Product Listing & Content Management
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings for Amazon and Shopify, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and merchandising content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect product assets such as images, specifications, and marketing copy for product page updates.
  • Support execution of A+ Content, Brand Store updates, landing pages, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
  1. Sales Support & Campaign Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing promotions, product launches, holiday campaigns, and other online sales activities.
  • Coordinate discount setup, coupon creation, campaign scheduling, and onsite merchandising to support sales performance.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with traffic, conversion, and revenue goals.
  1. Data Tracking & Reporting
  • Track and report key e-commerce metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, ad performance, and inventory status.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide basic analysis on store performance, campaign results, and product trends.
  • Identify operational issues or sales opportunities through data monitoring and escalate recommendations to the team.
  1. Inventory & Order Coordination
  • Coordinate with supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service teams to support smooth order processing and inventory availability.
  • Monitor stock levels and help prevent stockouts, overselling, and listing suppression issues.
  • Support order exception handling, return tracking, and customer issue follow-up when needed.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work with product, marketing, design, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Support process improvements and documentation to enhance team efficiency and operational consistency.
  • Assist with ad hoc e-commerce projects and new platform initiatives as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field preferred. 
  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, online sales support, marketplace operations, or digital commerce. 
  • Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Amazon and/or Shopify preferred. 
  • Execution Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Analytical Ability: Comfortable working with sales and performance data, with the ability to generate reports and identify basic business trends. 
  • Communication: Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with e-commerce tools and backend systems is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Shopify, or Shopify Plus. 
  • Familiarity with e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, ROAS, and inventory turnover. 
  • Basic understanding of Amazon listing optimization, marketplace content standards, and DTC website operations. 
  • Experience supporting promotional campaigns, product launches, or digital merchandising activities.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms is a plus. 
  • Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, lifestyle, or technology-related industries is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
