Your Role:

The Specialist, Sales Commercial is a hands-on, execution-driven role within FF's PAR Business team, responsible for building and maintaining the operational backbone of FF's dealer/partner (FF Par) channel across the EV and robotics businesses. This individual will establish and standardize partner onboarding processes, draft and manage dealer/partner contracts, and oversee inventory allocation across the network — while also contributing to channel growth through ongoing market benchmarking, supporting the architecture of FF's robotics dealer network, developing a structured dealer tiering and classification matrix, and preparing materials and analysis to support commercial negotiations with prospective partners. We are open to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, channel/partner management, or sales operations, and also welcome outstanding new graduates with strong internship backgrounds, particularly from top-tier firms. The role is based on-site in El Segundo, CA, with minimal travel expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SOP Development & Process Standardization
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PAR dealer onboarding, partner qualification, and core commercial workflows.
  • Map current-state processes, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous improvements to reduce friction and increase execution speed.
  • Serve as the process owner for partner-facing documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, version-controlled, and audit-ready.
  1. Contract Preparation & Lifecycle Management
  • Draft, review, and manage FF Par agreements and commercial contracts in close coordination with Legal and Sales teams.
  • Track contract status, renewal timelines, and compliance checkpoints across the full dealer pipeline.
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository to ensure document integrity and regulatory readiness.
  1. Inventory Allocation (Allocation) Management
  • Coordinate vehicle and product allocation across Par channels in alignment with Sales and Supply Chain priorities.
  • Monitor allocation requests, resolve discrepancies, and maintain real-time visibility into inventory distribution.
  • Generate regular allocation status reports for commercial leadership and partner communication.
  1. Robotics Channel Development & Market Benchmarking
  • Conduct structured market research to identify and evaluate prospective dealer/distribution partners for FF’s robotics product lines across key US regions.
  • Benchmark competitive channel models from analogous industries — including commercial EVs, industrial automation, and smart hardware — to inform and innovate FF’s robotics dealer network design.
  • Support the end-to-end development of FF’s robotics dealer channel from partner sourcing and qualification to go-to-market frameworks, contributing fresh thinking as the channel is built from 0 to 1.
  • Track channel landscape trends and competitor moves; synthesize findings into actionable strategic insights for PAR leadership.
  1. Dealer Tiering, Classification & Channel Matrix
  • Learn and apply dealer classification frameworks; develop a structured tiering system (e.g., Platinum / Gold / Silver) based on sales capacity, market coverage, technical capability, and compliance track record.
  • Build and maintain a channel matrix that maps dealer profiles to product lines, geographic territories, customer segments, and growth potential.
  • Continuously refine the tiering model based on performance data, market feedback, and evolving business needs.
  • Use the matrix to support resource allocation decisions, incentive design, and partner development planning.
  1. Business Negotiation & Commercial Deal Support
  • Support the preparation of negotiation briefs, term sheets, and deal summaries to facilitate efficient partner agreement execution.
  • Participate in commercial discussions with prospective Par partners on pricing tiers, territory scope, performance commitments, and incentive structures.
  • Develop negotiation aptitude over time, with a clear growth path toward independently leading partner-level commercial negotiations.
  • Escalate complex deal structures to senior leadership with well-organized proposals and clear trade-off analysis.
  1. Partner Operational Support
  • Act as an operational point of contact for FF Par partners on process, policy, and system-related questions.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new Par partners, ensuring smooth execution of qualification, KYC, and initial setup.
  • Communicate updates on incentive policies, settlement procedures, and compliance requirements.
  1. Cross-functional Integration & Data Management
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs across the deal lifecycle.
  • Maintain data hygiene in CRM and internal tracking systems, serving as the single source of truth for channel operations.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly operational summaries for PAR Business leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience:Minimum 2 years of professional experience in commercial operations, sales support, business development, or a related function. Outstanding new graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
