Investor Relations & Capital Markets Associate

New York, New York, United States

The Company:

Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based mobility company, leveraging the latest technologies and world’s best talent to realize exciting new possibilities in mobility. We’re producing user-centric, technology-first vehicles to establish new paradigms in human-vehicle interaction. We’re not just seeking to change how our cars work – we’re seeking to change the way we drive. At FF, we’re creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.

Your Role:

As an Investor Relations & Capital Markets Associate, you'll be working with senior leadership to build stronger market-facing communication, investor engagement, and event execution capacity in New York. You'll translate company updates, executive priorities, capital markets activities, and event moments into clear, professional, and compliant communication materials.

In plain language: you'll make sure the right investors, partners, event organizers, media contacts, and internal stakeholders receive the right message at the right time — while keeping execution organized and polished across IR, PR, events, and social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations & Capital Markets Support

  • Support New York-based investor relations and capital markets activities, including investor meetings, conference follow-ups, roadshow coordination, and executive meeting preparation
  • Assist with preparing investor-facing materials such as company decks, meeting briefs, speaker notes, investor follow-up emails, conference summaries, and capital markets contact records
  • Help coordinate communication among executives, capital markets advisors, PR/legal teams, and external partners to ensure timely and consistent follow-through
  • Track investor conversations, event leads, banker introductions, strategic partner meetings, and post-event action items in a clear and organized format

Public Relations & Corporate Communications

  • Draft, edit, and coordinate press release materials, media notes, public-company updates, event announcements, and executive quote drafts, based on approved company messaging
  • Help review public-facing language for clarity, tone, and consistency before materials are routed to senior leadership, legal, and external PR resources
  • Support communications around Faraday Future-related initiatives, capital markets activities, strategic events, product/technology updates, and executive participation in conferences or social appearances
  • Maintain sensitivity to public-company communication standards, including avoiding unsupported claims, keeping forward-looking language appropriately qualified, and escalating legal/compliance questions when needed

Events, Conferences & Executive Support

  • Represent and support the company at New York-area conferences, investor events, networking sessions, private meetings, and social/business gatherings
  • Assist with event preparation, including guest lists, speaker logistics, venue coordination, meeting schedules, badges, presentation materials, and post-event follow-up
  • Capture useful event insights, investor feedback, market sentiment, and potential partnership opportunities for internal review
  • Provide on-site support to executives during investor meetings, capital markets events, product showcases, and strategic relationship-building activities

Social Media & Market Presence

  • Support LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other professional social media content related to events, executive appearances, company milestones, and capital markets activities
  • Draft short social posts, event recaps, quote cards, captions, and content calendars that strengthen market visibility while staying aligned with approved messaging
  • Monitor relevant industry conversations across EV, AI, blockchain, RWA, EAI, capital markets, and public-company communications to identify timely content opportunities
  • Help organize photos, event media, short-form clips, and content assets for use by leadership, PR, and marketing teams

Internal Coordination & Execution

  • Maintain organized trackers for investor outreach, PR materials, event deliverables, introductions, action items, and communication deadlines
  • Work cross-functionally with executives, BD, capital markets, legal, PR, marketing, and external advisors
  • Operate with discretion when handling non-public, sensitive, or market-related information
  • Move quickly in a high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Finance, Business, Journalism, or a related field
  • 1-3+ years of experience in PR, investor relations, corporate communications, capital markets support, financial communications, events, or a related field
  • Prior experience drafting or supporting press releases, corporate announcements, event communications, social media content, or executive-facing materials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to write clearly, professionally, and quickly
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time
  • Comfortable attending professional events, speaking with external contacts, coordinating follow-ups, and representing the company in a polished manner
  • Familiarity with public-company communications, investor relations, financial markets, EV, AI, blockchain, or technology industries is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a public company, listed-company executive team, IR agency, PR agency, investment bank, capital markets advisory firm, or technology startup
  • Experience with investor conferences, roadshows, earnings-related communications, executive briefings, or financial media coordination
  • Ability to understand and summarize complex business topics, including EV, AI, Web3, RWA, capital markets, and corporate strategy

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
