Content Commerce Internship

El Segundo, California, United States

The Company:

Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based mobility company, leveraging the latest technologies and world’s best talent to realize exciting new possibilities in mobility. We’re producing user-centric, technology-first vehicles to establish new paradigms in human-vehicle interaction. We’re not just seeking to change how our cars work – we’re seeking to change the way we drive. At FF, we’re creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.

Your Role:

The Content Commerce Intern will join Faraday Future's Content Commerce & Conversion Center, supporting day-to-day execution across KOC/KOL outreach, livestream operations, and matrix account management. This role sits at the intersection of influencer growth, social commerce, and content distribution, and is designed for a high-energy, detail-oriented student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in building a content-driven lead conversion engine for a high-end robotics and AI mobility brand.

The intern will work closely with the Content Commerce Lead, Matrix Growth Editor, Live Commerce team, and KOC/KOL liaison, and will be expected to operate tooling, track data, support outreach pipelines, and own well-defined execution tasks under guidance.

This is an on-site internship based in Los Angeles, California, requiring regular in-office collaboration. Full Time/Part Time.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. KOC / KOL Tool Outreach & Pipeline Management
  • Prospecting & Database Building: Use influencer discovery tools (Modash, Upfluence, RepliQ, Heepsy, and native platform search) to source KOC/KOL candidates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn aligned with FF's ToC (STEM and robotics enthusiasts) and ToB (industrial automation, safety inspection) audiences; build and maintain a structured creator database in Notion, Airtable, or equivalent.
  • Tiering & Tagging: Classify creators by tier (Nano 1K–10K / Micro 10K–100K / Mid-tier 100K–500K / Macro 500K+), niche, geography, content style, and engagement quality (saves rate, comment depth); flag and remove low-quality or fraudulent accounts.
  • Outreach Execution: Execute personalized outreach via email and DM using AI-assisted templates (RepliQ, Smartlead, or equivalent); track open rates, reply rates, and follow-up cadence in a clear pipeline; maintain a 7-day follow-up rhythm.
  • Collaboration Logistics: Support sample and seeding coordination with logistics and product teams; help draft briefs, gifting agreements, and FTC-compliant disclosure guidelines; ensure tracking links, discount codes, and UTM parameters are correctly issued and recorded.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a weekly KOC/KOL pipeline report covering prospects contacted, response rate, active collaborations, content delivered, and downstream lead and CPQL contribution; surface insights to the KOC/KOL liaison and Content Commerce Lead.
  • Live Streaming Operations Support
  • Pre-Live Preparation: Support the Live Commerce team with run-of-show docs, product information cards, talking-point sheets, lead capture forms, and pre-stream rehearsal logistics; help schedule streams across TikTok LIVE, YouTube Live, Instagram Live, and LinkedIn Live.
  • In-Live Operations: Provide live moderation support: monitor chat, surface high-intent questions to the host, push pinned messages and links (e.g. $100 refundable deposit page), flag high-intent leads in real time to the Sales Conversion pod, and capture screenshots and notes for post-live highlights.
  • Highlight Clipping Support: Within 2 hours post-stream, work with the Editor/Producer to clip 10–50 short-form highlights (15–60s) using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or AI clipping tools; help with subtitle, hook, and CTA optimization; deliver clips ready for matrix distribution.
  • Post-Live Recap & Data: Compile post-live performance reports covering viewers, average watch time, peak concurrent, engagement, leads captured, deposit clicks, and CPL; collaborate on weekly live retros and propose iteration items for the next session.
  • Matrix Account Operations & Support
  • Daily Posting & Scheduling: Support content publishing across the matrix (official accounts, executive IP, and KOC/dealer nodes) on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn; use Upload-Post, Later, Buffer, or n8n workflows for batch distribution while respecting account isolation protocols (cloud phones, residential ISP proxies, warm-up cadence).
  • Asset Library & Versioning: Maintain the matrix asset library with clear naming, tagging, and rights-cleared status; support AI-assisted versioning (titles, covers, captions, subtitles, multi-language) using CapCut, HeyGen, Descript, ChatGPT, or Claude to scale a single source video into 5–20 platform-native variants.
  • Performance Tracking: Track daily metrics (impressions, plays, completion rate, engagement, follower delta, profile clicks, link clicks, and leads) across matrix accounts in a centralized dashboard; identify breakout content within 24 hours and flag for amplification or paid boost.
  • Trend & Hashtag Research: Monitor TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit (r/robotics), and X trends daily; build a weekly trend brief with topic ideas, sounds, hashtags, and competitor moves to feed the Matrix Lead and Content Director.
  • KOC Account Enablement: Support KOC and dealer-node account onboarding by delivering content templates, training docs, briefing decks, and standardized asset packs; help track KOC content output and downstream lead contribution.
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, International Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Availability & Commitment: Able to commit 3–5 days per week on-site in Los Angeles for a minimum of 3 months; longer commitments preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with the ability to translate briefs, captions, and outreach copy between the two languages.
  • Platform Native Fluency: Daily active user of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with a clear understanding of short-form content formats, hooks, and platform algorithms.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Notion or Airtable, and basic video editing (CapCut or equivalent); ability to learn new SaaS tools quickly.
  • Execution & Ownership: Strong attention to detail, organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning execution tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Comfortable with cold outreach (email and DM), cross-functional coordination, and proactively raising blockers; clear written communication is essential.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
