What You'll Do: 

• Assisting regional managers in identifying and developing.  
• Receiving and processing quotation requests regional managers.  
• Collaborating directly with regional managers to revise or update.  
• Participating in online meetings to provide support and share best practices recommendations to sales engagements.  
• Conducting live calls with regional managers to sales projects, perform scope analysis, and create online (CRM) opportunities tailored to the specified requirements.  

What You Bring: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in-facing or support role within a technology company
• Proficiency in general project management software.
• Familiarity with live chat and CRM platforms.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to communicate technical details effectively with internal team members, including C-level executives, as well as external customers.
• Capability to work independently a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and provide solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to empathize and strong relationships with customers.
