What you’ll do

We provide clients across all our service lines with a dedicated Conveyancing team, backed by cutting-edge case management technology, allowing us to focus on exceptional customer service and quality. As a Senior Conveyancer you will work with the wider team to provide businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Be part of a market leading Conveyancing team.
  • Take ownership of your own caseload, managing matters through to completion.
  • Provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.
  • Undertake and oversee such tasks as reviewing key documentation, managing completion and resolving client due diligence issues.
  • Drive forward each transaction, understanding each client's specific requirements and acknowledging the intricacies of their instructions.
  • Ensure an appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met.
  • Work closely with the wider team, including assistant level resource to guarantee a first-class service is provided.

  • Ability to tackle issues and problems in a logical, step by step way.
