About the Role:

A typical day might include researching untapped customer segments, identifying high-potential geographic markets for expansion, developing targeted reactivation campaigns, coordinating with sales, marketing and product teams on outreach initiatives, and analyzing data to measure impact. Example projects could include launching a go-to-market strategy for a new physical location, crafting an acquisition strategy for an underdeveloped market, designing an incentive program to engage inactive customers, deploying an activation strategy for a new customer segment, and more.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor strategies, and potential customer bases to inform business decisions.
  • Employ a results-minded and data-driven approach to identify, prioritize, and execute various revenue growth initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM and sales data to track performance, uncover insights, and recommend growth strategies.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of client reactivation and prospecting initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with leadership, including the CEO, NA President, and department heads across sales, product, merchandising, marketing, and operations to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize insights from sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to develop creative initiatives for maximizing revenue.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.
  • Communicate project updates and findings to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and follow-through on initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field or 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, business-oriented job.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for revenue growth, new market expansion, and business strategy.

  • Excited about new challenges, learning new skills, being hands-on with tasks, and asking questions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
