POSITION SUMMARY: 

Are you a strategic brand builder with a passion for improving lives through science-backed nutrition?  We are seeking a marketing manager with deep healthcare professional (HCP) expertise to elevate our peptide-based portfolio for patients with compromised GI function. The Brand Manger plays a critical role in enabling data-informed growth by leveraging digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance delivery and effectiveness, using data and performance insights to continuously optimize outcomes and ensure portfolio remains at the forefront of industry standards. This person collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals, using technologies and analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the Brand Strategy: Craft and evolve the Peptamen brand plan to drive long-term growth and clinical relevance
  • Drive HCP Engagement: Develop campaigns, tools, and education platforms that resonate with dietitians, nurses, and prescribers 
  • Shape Messaging & Positioning: Translate science into emotionally compelling and clinically credible communications 
  • Lead Channel Activation: Guide brand behavior across omni-channel touchpoints—including Medical Hub, educational content, clinical decision tools, sampling, and institutional materials 
  • Fuel Content & Storytelling: Develop materials that tell Peptamen’s story through real patient outcomes, caregiver perspectives, and clinical proof 
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Regulatory, Sales, R&D, and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant, impactful execution.

  • Media, Marketing Technical Operations (MTO), Finance, Sales, Customer Strategy, Procurement, Consumer Insights & Analytics, Demand Planning, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal 

 

KEY RELATIONSHIPS (External) 

  • Creative Agency, Media Agency 

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in healthcare marketing—preferably with experience in medical nutrition, pharma, or health-focused CPG 
  • Proven success marketing to HCPs and institutional decision-makers 
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights, effectively using digital tools and technologies to improve outcomes. A strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their relevance in a modern, insight-led workplace is essential. 
  • Strong strategic and analytical acumen, with creative storytelling instincts 
  • Comfort navigating clinical data, regulatory considerations, and emotional narratives 
  • Collaborative mindset with agency, digital, and sales partners

  • Demonstrated leadership presence, negotiation and persuasion skills 
  • Analytical rigor (research assessment, business performance data, financial assessments) 
  • Ability to assess, develop and implement innovative business opportunities 
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams 
  • Collaborative, strong team player 
  • Strong interpersonal/communications skills 
  • Timeline/critical path management   
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
