Position Title: QA Automation Manager
Position Objective:
As the QA Automation Manager, you will lead the QA Automation technical area with ultimate responsibility for project results and customer satisfaction. You will oversee and establish policies and procedures, coordinate work within the QA Automation area, set goals, and ensure that all team members work towards achieving these objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Organize work and deliver results in the QA Automation area, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Technical Management & Hands-On Projects: Provide hands-on technical management for QA Automation projects, ensuring effective implementation and delivery.
- Coaching & Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering their growth and performance.
- Team Relations: Build and maintain strong, open, and honest relationships with all Technisys team members.
- Collaboration: Work with peers to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.
- Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop teams, bringing energy and passion to the business.
- Values Promotion: Adhere to and promote Technisys values, particularly regarding transparency and legal frameworks.
- Ethics Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics across your team.
Required Skills:
- Technical Knowledge: Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QA Automation, with market or academic visibility.
- Experience: Practical, hands-on experience in QA Automation.
- Education: Higher education relevant to the field.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Business Knowledge: Experience in Digital Banking, Fintech, or IT.
- Budgeting & Planning: Skills in budgeting, performance tracking, and management.
- Project Management: Experience with Lean Agile, time and materials (T&M), fixed-price project dynamics, project staffing, and technical monitoring.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel 15 to 30 days per year for business.
- Flexible schedule to meet project demands.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in QA Automation.
