The role:

Galileo is seeking an ACH Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage the design of Funds Flows & Money Movement aspects of new and existing clients, the setup and facilitation of ACH files between Galileo and Partner Banks, and serve as liaison between the project team, internal departments, and the client.

What you’ll do:

  • Create funds flow diagrams to show the configuration of money movement and data flow between Galileo and our banking partners. 
  • Partner with banks and clients to set up & test ACH processes and daily Money Movement files. 
  • Troubleshoot and support ACH and Money Movement Files configurations in the Production Environment. 
  • Furnish planning, consultation, and advisory services on Funds Flows & Money Movement to both the client community and internal team.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Manage internal project staff resources to execute project plans and interface with the client.
  • Participate in evaluating existing systems and business functions.
  • Ensure the requirements for new projects are communicated appropriately to ensure that the client's needs will be fulfilled.
  • Requires effective leadership and facilitation skills in project planning and execution, risk and issue mitigation, and escalation to management when appropriate.

What you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with financial products or payments.
  • Vendor Relations experience in the credit and debit card space.
  • Banking reconciliation experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of Banking/Finance experience preferred.
  • Experience with Google Suite.
  • Organization and prioritization skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

US-Based Base Compensation

$92,800 - $174,000 USD
