Senior Product Manager

As a senior product manager at Gallup, you’ll play a key role in advancing our technology vision and developing products that help our clients better understand the world, their business and themselves. You’ll help lead products through every phase — from concept and design to launch and performance — building for today while envisioning tomorrow.
What You’ll Do
- Shape iconic products at a global scale, helping to drive the future of CliftonStrengths® and Gallup’s employee engagement tools by turning world-class behavioral science into daily, AI-powered experiences for millions of users
- Lead cross-functional teams to ship features that help individuals grow, managers lead and organizations thrive
- Create a defensible and durable product road map aligned to strategic objectives, adjusting thoughtfully as new needs emerge
- Gather and analyze customer insights, define minimum viable product scope, and prioritize features based on impact
- Launch new product functionality and improvements that address customer pain points and drive adoption
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets and progress in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Communicate product vision and progress to leaders, internal teams and customers
- Collaborate with engineers and designers, leveraging your technical fluency to influence decisions
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform long-term growth strategies
- Proactively mentor more junior product managers and provide best practices to elevate the team

What You Need
- At least five years of product management experience required, including leading initiatives throughout the product life cycle, from concept to launch
- Expertise in modern product management methodologies and iterative processes required
- A track record of building and shipping features required
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s San Francisco office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $160,000-$220,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
