Position Summary
General Atlantic is looking to hire an HCM Operations Coordinator (Temporary) to join the Human Capital in our New York Office.
Responsibilities
Overall support for the Global HCM Operations function including but not limited to:
- HR transaction processing.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, including digital and physical records, where needed.
- Run ad hoc data and report requests from Workday, our global HRIS.
- Conducts regular audits of HR policies and data to ensure complete records.
- Supports data purging requirements.
- Manage the on-boarding of employees, including background check, verification of all requirements needed for the first day of employment.
- Manage the contingent worker population, including on and offboarding, contract extensions.
- Support the promotion processes through form creation and checking of information.
- Drafts employment verification letters, where needed.
- Creation of org charts and other materials to support business meetings
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree required
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Highly analytical coupled with strong intuition; able to think and react quickly
- Strong project management skills – time management, pattern recognition, prioritization and strong judgement are critical; ability to work well under pressure without compromising quality
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional follow through and consistently delivers results
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a high performing global organization. Highly collaborative and capable of working effectively cross functionally.
- Demonstrated maturity and professional presence; comfortable interacting with senior executives
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated, inquisitive, and positive can-do attitude

General Atlantic allows you to earn an hourly rate of $30-40 of which the exact amount offered will be driven by the degree to which you meet role requirements, additional special skills and experience.
