Position: Warehouse Specialist
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operation
- Facility Maintenance: Manage and maintain warehouse facilities, monitor and record temperatures in temperature-controlled zones (-20℃ / 4℃ / ambient), and promptly report any abnormalities.
- Receiving & Inspection: Ensure all incoming goods are received, inspected, and correctly identified (reagents: item number / batch number / expiry date / packaging / temperature records).
- Storage Management: Ensure proper storage conditions for biological products; upon arrival, immediately sort according to temperature zones (-20℃ / 4℃ / ambient), strictly avoiding misplacement.
- Outbound & Delivery: Accurately pick goods in minimum packaging as required by production, and deliver to the production team in a timely manner.
- System Transactions: Manage SAP/WMS systems to ensure inventory and stock status are accurate and updated in real time.
- Cleaning & Pest Control: Oversee warehouse area cleaning and pest control activities.
- Discrepancy Handling: Report any discrepancies, follow up on non-conformities, and carry out CAPA procedures.
- Material Handling: Receive consumables in full cartons, palletize, and operate power/manual pallet jacks
- Work with the APAC or global logistics teams to follow the compliance transactions.
- Identify risks, report to the superior as, and when require.
Others
- Support all the internal logistics related functions
- Collaboration spirit to fulfil manufacturing needs
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Prior experience in Biology / Life Sciences is an added advantage.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experiences in Warehouse and Logistics management, or Biotechnology or Medical Device. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- Good problem-solving skills; Result-oriented with passion for excellence.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with little or no supervision.
- Experience with cold chain management is an added advantage.
- General knowledge in custom clearance is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office; Experience in SAP is an added advantage
