As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team you will actively recruit on (but not limited to) a variety of customer support, risk, and strategy analyst roles full-cycle while ensuring tracking & reporting is up to date.
This is a contract position that will report into the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and will support hiring in Poland.
The Job…
- Full-cycle recruiting working on a variety of high volume roles in Poland with the ability to flex where needed to recruit is crucial.
- Ability to work on international based roles & be able to understand the cultural norms and differences to be successful in hiring.
- Partner closely & build strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Hit or exceed hiring goals to support the business and recruit with urgency and quality.
- Help lead how we successfully hire in Poland and build recognition on why to work at GoFundMe.
- Partner and collaborate with the rest of the talent acquisition team, any external partners, and surrounding departments to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques.
- Consistently lead, maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters.
- Report out on sourcing & screening metrics, industry findings, etc. Having a data driven mindset is a big plus.
You…
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not a must have)
- English language proficiency is required.
- Proven track record of success recruiting for high volume roles in Poland in a competitive and fast-paced tech environment.
- 1 + years of successful lead experience in the recruiting industry
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to identify, engage and close candidates with a variety of experience and skills with ease (including leadership positions)
- A team member who is innovative, compassionate and constantly looking for new ways to find top talent and reach underrepresented communities.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, lead and have an appetite to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the recruiting process.
- Develops and implements functional team programs or policies
- Sets own goals within team goals
- Works independently, with guidance only in complex situations
- Strong project management & coaching skills
- Successful track record of filling positions in a high growth environment, and have the data to prove it
- Ability to interface and guide hiring managers at any level.
- An understanding of (and ability to run) search and placement metrics to continually improve the recruiting process
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Proactive and accountable attitude is a must!
- Experience using an ATS system (Greenhouse preferred), reporting tool, and sourcing tools.
