The Manager of Workplace & Facilities – US is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and day-to-day operations of Gong’s workplace and facilities across the U.S. region. This role focuses on delivering exceptional employee experiences, optimizing office operations, and supporting regional growth. The position reports directly to the Director of Workplace & Facilities.
This is an on-site role, requiring presence at one of Gong’s U.S. locations and must be able to travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Real Estate Strategy Partnership
- Partner with the Director of Workplace & Facilities to support the implementation of a U.S. real estate strategy, aligned with Gong’s growth plans.
- Manage local relationships with landlords, brokers, and other key external partners across the region.
- Travel for US tours/site/office visits as needed.
Facilities Operations
- Lead and support a growing team of office leads who serve as the primary on-site contacts across U.S. locations.
- Oversee daily operations for all current and future U.S. offices, including:
- Food and beverage programs (lunch & pantry)
- Office events and experiences
- Maintenance, janitorial, and reception services
- Security, safety, and general office management
- Develop and manage operational budgets for the Americas region.
- Standardize and improve operational processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Vendor & Contract management - Negotiate and manage facilities contracts to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness through RFP as necessary.
- Own and maintain office access systems and security protocols (e.g., badge systems).
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on key facilities metrics (e.g., space utilization, operational costs) to inform decision-making
Employee Experience
- Own and manage the U.S. employee experience budget.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and local leadership to enhance overall employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Manage local office leads to ensure alignment and execution programs
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as PMP or IFMA are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in facilities and real estate operations.
YOU HAVE

- Strong knowledge of facilities management and office operations.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Foundational understanding of real estate principles.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $106,000 - $157,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
