About the team:
At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, contributing to user growth and retention for a massive global user base, including our key markets. You will work alongside other marketers, engineers, product managers, designers, and the wider Goodnotes team as a part of the CRM team.
About the role:
We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will focus on campaign execution across various CRM channels and platforms, helping us deliver high-quality, data-informed communications to our global user base. You’ll play a key role in turning strategic ideas into well-executed, timely campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:
- Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (e.g., email, push, in-app messages) from setup to deployment, QA, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with product marketers, local marketers, designers, and data analysts to deliver precise and engaging messaging
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and work with analytics teams to surface insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of CRM-related projects
- Set up dashboards and reports to track channel and campaign performance
The skills you will need to be successful in the above:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or retention marketing, preferably across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, desktop/web)
- Proficient in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for campaign building and audience targeting
- Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and experimentation within CRM tools
- Ability to work with data — SQL proficiency is a strong plus for pulling and validating audience lists or campaign results
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for formatting CRM messages (especially email and in-app) is preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable working across functions to get things done
Even if you don’t meet all the criteria listed above, we would still love to hear from you! Goodnotes places a lot of value on learning and development and will support your growth if needed.
The interview process:
- An introductory call with someone from our talent acquisition team. They want to hear more about your background, what you are looking for, and why you’d like to join Goodnotes
- A take-home assignment to showcase your skillset
- A role-specific call with our CRM specialist to discuss your background and skillset for this role more in detail
- A call with your hiring manager. This is the person who will be managing you day to day, working on your growth and development with you as well as support you throughout your career at Goodnotes. This will include a live assessment.
- A meet the team call with 2 or 3 GoodPeople you’d be working closely with at Goodnotes
What’s in it for you:
- Budget for things like noise-cancelling headphones, setting up your home office, personal development, professional training, and health & wellness
- Sponsored visits to our Hong Kong or London office every 2 years
- Company-wide annual offsite
- Flexible working hours and location
- Medical insurance for you and your dependents
Note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks, including verification of employment, education, and criminal records.
