Public Relations Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to increase brand visibility and support business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Manage and respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press conferences.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing and communication strategies.
- Handle crisis communication, preparing and executing plans to manage negative publicity.
- Organize and promote company events, product launches, and press tours.
- Manage PR budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR and communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media coverage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in PR tools and platforms, such as media databases, monitoring services, and social media.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with the [industry-specific knowledge] is a plus.
