What to Expect

Gotion are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to assist in the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and transportation management, contributing to the day-to-day activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency

Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and dispatching

Maintain accurate stock levels through inventory control processes

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators for continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse operations

What You’ll Bring

1+ year's experience in warehouse operations and supply chain processes

Familiarity with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems

Knowledge of transportation management principles

Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes (FTZ experience is a plus)

Ability to contribute to process improvement efforts

Ability to work autonomously and actively problem solve

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $60k –$80k, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. Actual compensation within the range will be influenced by the specific work location, along with factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
