In This Role, You Will:
- Design next-generation Agent experiences: Bring new AI-powered Agent concepts to life, from ideation through launch, helping users communicate with greater clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate across disciplines and geographies: Work closely with engineering teams in Europe and partner with designers in the US to refine user interactions and ensure cohesive performance across our platform.
- Shape design strategy: Influence product direction by contributing user insights, prototyping new ideas, and developing a long-term design vision for the Agents roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire: Elevate design standards through thoughtful feedback, design critique, and mentorship of less experienced team members.
- Drive rapid iteration: Work side-by-side with company leadership and founders to quickly iterate, test, and learn in a fast-paced, build-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience designing complex, scalable desktop products (productivity tools or similar); mobile design is not a primary focus for this role.

- A strong, user-centered design portfolio demonstrating the ability to transform insights into meaningful product solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Experience working with metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for language, writing, and human communication.
- Experience building, mentoring, or shaping design teams is a plus.
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
- Is inspired by our MOVE principles: move fast and learn faster; obsess about creating customer value; value impact over activity; and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust.
