What You’ll Be Doing:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Technical Program Manager. In this influential role, you will partner with stakeholders within the technology organization to help drive efficiency and predictability in software engineering. As a technical program manager, you will champion critical technical and cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring their seamless execution and successful delivery. You’ll be part of a small and growing TPM team within the engineering org, reporting directly to the Manager of Technical Program Management. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of defining, planning, and executing large-scale technical programs that solve complex problems within our organization.
- Ensure the highest level of quality in project execution, consistently meeting or exceeding our high standards and delivering accurate results according to specifications.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive and achieve objectives and foster a culture of accountability.
- Work closely with engineering, product, data, and design leaders to align priorities, identify overlaps and possible efficiency gains among multiple projects, and ensure program objectives align with the tech organization's goals.
Salary range: $115,424-$135,000
You’ll Be a Good Fit If you Have:
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management (startup and healthcare experience is a plus but not required)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent experience working with software developer teams)
- Proven experience in successfully defining, planning, and executing large-scale technical programs, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of technical program management methodologies and best practices.
