THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Client Success Senior Manager to our Client Success team team!
YOUR IMPACT
- Own the client relationship for a portfolio of strategic accounts after the point of sale throughout the client lifecycle, including leading all client meetings/communications virtually and in-person.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with HR stakeholders by effectively communicating our mission and reinforcing the value of their investment.
- Design and execute customized launch and engagement plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Analyse client data; share findings, and develop tailored communication and awareness strategies to increase user engagement to meet client goals.
- Renew, expand and renegotiate contracts.
- Responsible for achieving retention and growth quotas through strategic account management and upsell opportunities.
- Present and implement best-practice workflows for clients, monitor member growth rates, develop strategic growth plans, and share relevant Wellhub updates with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver on company goals, support clients, and serve as the internal voice of the client by providing feedback for product enhancements and strategic decisions.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with senior clients and key decision- makers, delivering insights and data ina clear, strategic, and solutions-oriented manner to drive long term partnership success.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have completed a Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years experience in a client-facing position managing client relationships.
- A strong negotiator with experience managing complex contract negotiations and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Thrives in a team environment and excels at collaborative problem-solving, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and escalate through leadership when appropriate.
- Able to navigate and quickly adapt in a fast-paced, evolving global business environment.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and public speaking skills, able to effectively engage with both internal teams and external clients.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution.
- Fluent in monitoring data, analyzing reports and leveraging insights to drive results.
- Able to analyze and improve current job processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a quickly moving global business environment.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $116,000 - $145,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

Our US HQ is in New York City. We are currently set up to hire in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

PAID TIME OFF: It’s important to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)
