THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a CX Onboarding Coordinator to our CX Global Training team in São Paulo!

The CX Training team's objective is to ensure that our CX frontline teams are prepared with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to provide the best service to our customers. As the CX Onboarding Coordinator, your mission is to guarantee new hires agents have the best possible entry experience and are ready to start our customer support.

You will serve as the leader for all onboarding initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to guarantee training success and continuously improving our programs through data-driven insights and innovative practices

YOUR IMPACT

  • Onboarding Program Management: Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle, from the new hire's acceptance of an offer through their first few months on the job. You will ensure a seamless  onboarding, including valuable content, material preparation, and any logistic details.
  • Training Delivery and Quality Assurance: Lead and manage the daily execution of training sessions, ensuring that all content and delivery meet established quality benchmarks. You are accountable for the overall performance and quality of knowledge transfer provided by your team.
  • Talent Development: Serve as a dedicated leader and mentor for the Training Analysts, focusing on their holistic professional growth. This includes managing daily activities, providing guidance on best practices, and actively supporting their long-term development plans.
  • CX leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for our CX’ leadership for the new hires discussions. You will work closely with them to ensure alignment and guarantee the successful delivery of our global onboarding training programs, including internal and BPOs stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison to the Quality, Process and other CX support teams. Your role is to ensure that all onboarding content and training practices are aligned with the company’s core business standards and procedural updates.
  • Strategic Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present important, high-level reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership. You will measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs by analyzing new hire performance data, engagement metrics, and feedback from the Learning Management System (LMS) to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • AI and Innovation Initiatives: Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies, including AI, to create a more scalable, personalized, and efficient onboarding experience.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A natural collaborator with at least two years of experience in training, who understands the value of a team-oriented approach to achieve both individual and collective goals.
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing in Portuguese and English, who can confidently present information to diverse audiences.
  • A strategic problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex challenges and a deep understanding of adult learning methodologies.
  • A motivated self-starter who is comfortable working independently to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • An experienced professional with prior work experience in Customer Support and  BPOs, eager to apply their frontline knowledge to training initiatives.
  • A proficient user of Google Suite or Microsoft Office, with an eagerness to embrace new technologies, data analysis tools, and AI platforms.
