THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Senior Manager - B2B Marketing Operations to our Marketing Ops team in São Paulo!
We're looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to own, optimize, and scale the engine that powers our global B2B revenue marketing team. As the leader of our marketing operations function, you will be responsible for the processes, technology, and data that enable the marketing team to achieve its goals efficiently. You will run a world-class marketing technology stack, ensure data is clean and actionable, and build scalable processes that drive measurable business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the B2B Marketing and Sales funnel management strategy and martech landscape, a passion for process optimization, and the ability to act as a strategic partner to revenue marketing leadership. You'll be a key collaborator, working across marketing, sales, analytics, and engineering to maintain a top-notch foundation for marketing excellence.
YOUR IMPACT
- Build the Marketing Engine: Own the vision for our B2B marketing operations function, maintaining the systems and processes that allow the marketing team to scale effectively.
- Technology & Strategy: Lead the strategic planning, management, and optimization of the marketing technology roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives. Oversee the entire martech stack, from vendor selection and procurement to implementation, integration, and user adoption.
- Process & Automation: Design, manage, and optimize core marketing processes, including lead management (scoring, routing, nurturing), campaign execution workflows, and data governance. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- AI & Innovation: Act as the team's primary evangelist for AI in marketing; identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and strategies to drive personalization, operational efficiency, and deeper analytics.
- Data & Analytics: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, hygiene, and compliance within marketing systems. Partner with the Analytics team to develop and maintain a robust marketing analytics framework, including dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead-to-revenue funnels, campaign attribution, and database health.
- Team Enablement: Act as the primary subject matter expert for marketing technology and processes. Train and support the marketing team on new and existing tools, promoting best practices to drive adoption and maximize value from our technology investments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to define requirements for new marketing capabilities and integrations. Act as the primary point of contact for marketing technology issues, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze marketing performance and operational metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Communicate insights and results to stakeholders at all levels (including the Martech Senior Director and, at times, Marketing, Sales and Engineering VPs).

WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced Marketing Operations Leader: Previous experience in marketing operations, martech, or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and a proven track record of building and scaling a marketing operations function.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies, operational processes, and technology roadmaps. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Data-Oriented: Strong understanding of data's role in marketing and on key concepts like lead management funnels, data pipelines, attribution modeling, as well as data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Expert in Project & Process Management: You possess strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex initiatives from scoping and planning through to execution and delivery. You are also a systems thinker who can design and implement scalable, repeatable processes. Experience with agile or other project management frameworks is essential.
- Excellent Communicator: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical and operational information to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative Leader: A strong team player with a proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
NICE TO HAVE
- Deep experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
- Hands-on experience with customer data platforms (e.g., Segment, Tealium, AEP, Salesforce Data Cloud, mParticle).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and web & product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and their role in reporting marketing KPIs.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and technology budgets.
