Role Scope:
We are looking for a strong strategic and growth-minded athlete to join our collaborative, entrepreneurial team to work on business development and strategic projects, specifically:
Qualifications:
- Shape Habitat's expansion strategy through research into state-by-state PACE regulatory and partner landscapes; build and maintain state and partner opportunity sizing analyses
- Support business development cycles with potential partners and/or new state entries, including creation of partner-specific opportunity analyses and presentation materials
- Drive market and site selection analytics to support expansion efforts, including competitive landscape assessment, mapping of local network partners, and ownership over market selection analytics tool
- Collaborate on PACE RFP submissions through market research, project management to ensure cross-functional collaboration on application process, and narrative writing for RFP responses
- Own strategic projects to support key business opportunities on an as-needed basis
- Bring a flexible, “roll up your sleeves” mindset and an ability to own strategic business problems and structure ambiguity
Nice to have:
- 2-4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or partnerships / business development at a high-growth startup, ideally in the context of health care delivery
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills; high EQ
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a high degree of self-autonomy and a bias to action
- A strong passion for our mission, with a high degree of empathy for the populations we serve
- A bachelor's degree is required
Compensation:
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $100K - $130K is determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
