Job Summary: Leads the quality assurance efforts for software projects, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks
