Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and friendly Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. This temp contract, part-time role is perfect for someone who is eager to start their career in a dynamic and innovative environment. Hours:

10:30 am - 2:30 pm PST (M-F)

What You’ll Do:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Keep the reception area neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate and order daily office lunches, and distribute meals upon delivery.

Visitor Check-in and Coordination:

  • Register and check in visitors, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate visitor appointments and meetings.
  • Provide directions and necessary information to visitors as required.

Office Organization:

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, including placing orders and managing stock levels.
  • Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization, including coordinating with cleaning staff.

Who You Are:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as relevant experience in an office environment, is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn and adapt.
