Senior Project Manager
We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Hasbro, our mission is to entertain and connect generations of fans through the wonder of storytelling and exhilaration of play. We're looking for adventurous and curious people who want to explore, experiment, and innovate to come up with the best ideas. Our culture has inspired our diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative, and highly committed individuals for 100 years and we believe the best is yet to come.
Hasbro's AI Studio is building playful experiences that bring our beloved characters to life through AI. We're building groundbreaking tools and experiences for licensed, brand-safe AI characters - spanning software, IP, partnerships, and physical/digital products. This role sits at the center of execution.
You will be responsible for keeping complex, cross-functional initiatives moving - across product, engineering, legal/licensing, and external partners - while maintaining clarity, momentum, and accountability. We're an AI-forward team and you'll have the same curiosity and commitment to building using the best AI tools and fastest, most efficient workflows.
What You Will do as a Project Manager:
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Own timelines, milestones, and dependencies across product and engineering workstreams
- Translate product strategy into clear execution plans and operating rhythms
- Surface risks early and drive resolution before they become problems
Be the Operational Backbone
- Run weekly planning, standups, and cross-team syncs with purpose and follow-through
- Maintain a single, trusted view of project status, priorities, and decisions
- Ensure documentation, decisions, and next steps are captured and accessible
Coordinate Beyond Product & Engineering
- Track and support external relationships (partners, licensors, vendors)
- Help manage licensing and partnership workflows alongside legal and business leads
- Follow up on commitments and ensure nothing drops between teams
Support Leadership
- Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, and tradeoffs
- Help leadership stay focused on decisions rather than chasing execution
- Act as an early warning system when scope, timelines, or resources are misaligned
What You Will Bring:
- 4-7 years in project management, program management, operations, or similar roles
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
- Comfort operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong systems thinker - can hold many threads at once
- Clear communicator who can work across technical and non-technical partners
- Highly organized, diligent, and relentless about follow-through
- Able to drive momentum without formal authority
