Your Role
We’re looking for someone to join our Brand Events team, which supports over 200 events each year around the world.
Primarily, you’ll:
- Support Hudl staff attending events. From small clinics in North America to larger conferences across the world, you’ll collaborate with team members to ensure a successful event.
- Gain experience. You’ll handle real-world situations, including: troubleshooting with internal stakeholders, managing an inventory of materials, and working with outside vendors.
- Own our calendar of clinics. You’ll be responsible for communicating with external partners and internal Hudlies on all aspects of each event.
- Make an impact. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring our events are effective and valuable for attendees.
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office. Our anticipated start date for this position will be May 19, 2025.
Must-Haves
- A current student. You’re currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Accountability. You’re not afraid to step up to the plate and own your work.
- Detailed. You can pay attention to all aspects of an event to bring every piece together.
- Self-motivation. You have the ability to take on a project without much direction, make it yours, and see it through to completion.
Nice-to-Haves
- Eagerness. You’re excited to learn new tools and add them to your knowledge toolbox.
- Communication. You have a talent for sharing information clearly and effectively.
- Confidence. When it comes to decision-making, you know how and when to push back on certain details for the best possible outcome.
- A passion for organization. You’re able to keep track of lots of information and physical materials at once.
- An interest in marketing. You want to gain experience testing out marketing tactics and measuring results.
Our Role
- Ask you to make an impact. You're part of the team—that means you'll have real responsibilities. We want to hear what you think and see what you can do.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But even if you’re taking advantage of the opportunity to work remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
- Develop your career. On top of working alongside some of the best professionals in the business and gaining real-world experience, we’ll give you extra opportunities like lunch-and-learns and access to curated libraries to round out your internship.
- Support your wellbeing. You’ll have an entire team on your side to give advice and provide answers to your questions, plus more resources like topic-specific Slack channels and employee resource groups. In short, we have you covered.
