Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Associate with 10+ years of progressive HR expertise to play a critical role in driving and scaling our people strategy. This position requires a hands-on professional who can both contribute individually and lead initiatives, bringing experience from larger, fast-growing workforces. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and able to partner effectively with global teams while taking initiative to lead projects that enhance our culture, compliance, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and post-exit formalities.
- Manage and optimize HCM systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and robust reporting capabilities.
- Lead and contribute to HR initiatives that scale with organizational growth, driving efficiency and effectiveness across core HR functions.
- Conduct fair and thorough investigations into complex employee relations issues with discretion and impartiality.
- Develop and maintain policies and documentation that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building programs, and CSR initiatives aligned with company values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to implement HR programs that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
- Anticipate organizational needs and proactively introduce process improvements, AI-enabled solutions, and innovative HR practices.
- Stay ahead of evolving HR trends, legislation, and best practices to keep the organization competitive and compliant.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within IT/FinTech or other fast-scaling industries.
- Proven ability to thrive in larger, complex organizations, with experience managing growth and change.
- Strong generalist knowledge across compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated success in balancing individual contributor responsibilities with leadership of high-impact initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels and geographies.
- SHRM or equivalent HR certification strongly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a track record of aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
