Senior Analyst, Venture and Growth Operations

This role sits within ICONIQ's Venture and Growth team, which partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world. As a Senior Analyst on the Venture and Growth Operations team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting investor relations, performance reporting, and internal strategic operations for a platform managing over $20B in capital commitments.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build compelling investor communications and presentation materials that effectively convey ICONIQ’s growth story and investment impact.
  • Develop data-driven insights into fund and portfolio performance, using Excel and visualization tools to translate complex information into actionable reports.
  • Maintain and improve internal databases and analysis frameworks to track investment data across multiple dimensions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, compliance, analytics) to ensure consistent messaging and scalable internal operations.
  • Lead operational initiatives to enhance process efficiency, data integrity, and platform scalability.
  • Support portfolio monitoring infrastructure in partnership with the Portfolio Analytics team.
  • Contribute to strategic internal projects that support firm-wide objectives.

 

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, or data analytics.
  • Strong financial acumen and an understanding of growth equity or private equity investing.
  • Skilled in Excel with the ability to model and interpret complex data structures.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and portfolio monitoring systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for operational improvement and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco, CA office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $130,000 - $140,000 together with the benefits listed above.
