Senior Analyst, Client Operations
This role sits within ICONIQ Business Operations, where the Client Operations team plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s high-touch service model. The team ensures seamless execution of account administration, investment operations, and onboarding for our clients. As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute directly to the firm’s ability to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle various client processes, including:
- Investment operations and money movement
- subscription documents and AML/KYC process for private investments
- client onboarding process, account openings, and transfers
- ongoing payments for personal properties and LLCs
- Facilitate timely responses and deliverables to Client Teams with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage relevant client data, create and maintain centralized records that are comprehensive and precise.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with other internal teams on client service processes, workflow and procedures.
- Partner closely with select external service providers.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and projects for clients and manage expectations with Client Teams.
- Promote and ensure respect for client privacy and confidentiality in all matters.
- Be an engaged culture carrier and participate in firm-wide initiatives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of internal systems.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Direct experience with the client onboarding process including new account openings, transfer of assets from prior custodian(s), and initial population of CRM systems.
- Experience with the full scope of cashiering and money movements, including the drafting of instructions and execution of foreign currency transactions.
- Familiarity with subscription documents for alternative investments and accompanying AML/KYC process.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $100,000 - $115,000 together with the benefits listed above.
