Join ICONIQ Capital’s Human Capital Team as an Associate, People Analytics, where your analytical expertise will help shape data-driven talent strategies and enhance the employee experience. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and curiosity to drive initiatives that foster a high-performing and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR data analytics, a passion for solving complex problems, and a proactive mindset to support the firm’s people strategy.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, engagement, and DEI.

  • Analyze complex HR datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to deliver actionable data insights.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic people initiatives and decision-making.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across people data systems and reports.

  • Improve people analytics tools, processes, and methodologies continuously.

  • Support compliance and reporting obligations related to HR data.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends in people analytics and data visualization.

 

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, people insights, or a data-driven HR function.

  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake.

  • Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.

  • Ability to present complex data as compelling narratives to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective collaborator across functions and levels.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus. We value team members who are curious about leveraging AI to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York City office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 - $150,000.00 together with a discretionary bonus, health insurance, paid time off, 401k participation with a company matching program, wellness stipend, personal education allowance as well as a commuter benefits program.
