Role Overview
The Sr. Product Operations Manager will be responsible for elevating and accelerating ID.me’s Product team by establishing tools, systems, and processes and driving their adoption & adherence. This role will require an experienced individual contributor to independently solve problems to help the Product team move faster & more effectively. The Sr. Product Operations Lead will report directly to the VP, Product Strategy & Operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and Own Product Insight and Feedback Loops
- Establish systems and processes and implement tooling to facilitate intake & synthesis of product feedback
- Route and track bugs and escalations to ensure important issues are addressed within established SLAs
- Align and Accelerate Execution
- Leverage product development infrastructure (people, processes, and technology) to drive software development life cycle efficiencies
- Develop consistent progress reporting mechanisms that align key stakeholders
- Create and manage high integrity commitment frameworks to ensure we stay on track with key projects
- Own Product Organization Operating Rhythm and Cadence
- Facilitate product planning cycle in a way that aligns product strategy, resource allocation, roadmap planning, and outcome measurement
- Develop and maintain key product practices through the software development lifecycle, including launch / GTM process, opportunity assessments, product specs, etc.

Requirements
- 5+ years in product operations and/or product management roles at B2B software companies
- Knowledgeable about JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, Productboard, etc.
- Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have significantly improved operations and delivered quantifiable business impact.
- Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high growth technology company
- Experience in the identity, fraud, or financial services space

The annual base salary listed does include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.

U.S. Pay Range
$120,000 - $142,485 USD
Mountain View, CA Pay Range
$144,000 - $170,000 USD
