eCommerce Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, full-stack E-commerce Marketing Manager to support the growth of iHerb’s private label health and wellness brands. This role is ideal for a strategic executor with hands-on experience across paid media, social commerce, influencer marketing, CRM, and marketplace advertising. You’ll be responsible for partnering with channel leads to optimize multi-channel initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversions within a global DTC and marketplace ecosystem.
As a key contributor to the team, you’ll help bring new products to life, support campaign execution from concept through launch, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive brand presence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. While this role does not include people management, it requires leadership in execution and the ability to work cross-functionally to meet brand objectives.
Job Expectations:
- Execute full-stack digital marketing tactics across paid media, influencer campaigns, social commerce, and email to grow awareness and drive sales for iHerb-owned brands
- Support go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for product launches and seasonal promotions across DTC and marketplace channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (house brands, marketing operations, merchandising, inventory planning, and analytics) to deliver cohesive campaigns aligned with brand and revenue goals.
- Assist in creating promotional calendars and campaign briefs, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics to provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Contribute to content strategies across digital touchpoints including landing pages, paid ads, product pages, and social content.
- Help maintain brand consistency and messaging across international and domestic campaigns.
- Prepare reports and marketing recaps for internal stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
- Broad understanding of DTC marketing strategies and eCommerce best practices, with hands-on experience across multiple digital channels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset focusing on performance metrics, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Experience with website content management, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functional teams effectively.
- Self-starter with high adaptability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Technical & Platform Proficiency:
- High aptitude and ability to make efficient use of online productivity and communication tools, in our case with the Google Workspace suite and Asana
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably with DTC, CPG, or eCommerce brands
- Minimum 2 years of eCommerce experience with high-volume DTC brands (in-house experience preferred).
- Experience in health and wellness product industry is a plus
- Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience is preferred.
- Experience with international campaigns is an advantage
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

Hired applicant may be awarded Restrict Stock Units and receive annual bonuses pursuant to eligibility and performance criteria defined in the respective plan documents and policies.

$77,234 - $147,446 USD
