Senior Project Manager

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Owns and independently manages multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment providing direction and vision as needed
- Independently own a brand vertical and partner with other project management leads to ensure consistency and quality
- Speak to pertinent information for internal status meetings to provide updates or changes in project plans
- Ensures accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of routing, quality control, project preparation, and execution of deliverables
- Manage external resource partners as necessary
- Proactively escalate and suggest solutions to project related issues to management
- Partners with manager on scope of work (SOW) development
- Reviews financial output reports, incoming briefs, and timelines/estimates.
- Responsible for informing team members regarding the start of new projects, upcoming deadlines, quality control, revisions, next steps
- Collaborate with the Client Experience on budget shifts and resourcing implications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years within the Pharmaceutical Marketing & Advertising space
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Financial aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Workfront, or equivalent) required
- Multichannel production knowledge across print, video & digital (Websites, IVAs, Emails, social/digital marketing, media, etc.)
