About the Role:

This is an in-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week. Candidates must live within an easy commute of Chandler, AZ.

The purpose of the building experience associate is to support the Member Experience and Property Managers through on-site presence, physical care and activation of office spaces and shared communal areas of the greater building campus.

Hospitality: 

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly & welcoming manner 
  • Display food and beverage within brand standards 
  • Consolidate and communicate member and tenant issues in absence of the Member Experience Manager  or Property Manager. 
  • Embody and display Industrious’ values and service principles in all interactions with members, tenants and guests, including building a strong bond with all tenant types; strive to know each member and tenant’s name; and go above and beyond for members and tenants
  • Manage the Industrious front desk to assist with member questions, greet guests, accept deliveries, and troubleshoot problems
  • Answer phone and respond to emails the same day within Industrious service standards.
  • Manage building campus CRM and implement tenant experience signature programs such as surprise and delights

Operations 

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations by upholding hospitality standards 
    • Maintain clean and tidy common areas throughout the day and conduct multiple rounds to stock and clean the space
    • Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning on equipment (ie. coffee machines, ice makers, etc.) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis based on SOP.
    • Maintain clean and organized supply closets
    • Support Member Experience Manager by communicating and ordering supply inventory
    • Distribute mail and package notifications
  • Assist in executing member and tenant onboarding steps including, but not limited to, activating key cards, adding their emails to mailing lists, and setting up their office, etc.
  • Document and escalate all maintenance, IT and facilities issues through Fexa and Property Management while keeping Member Experience Manager informed and troubleshooting on-site. Update members and tenants accordingly in accordance to universal service standards.
  • Effectively raise questions about prioritization, maintain high level of organization, and complete tasks in a timely fashion with minimal missed tasks
  • In partnership with the Property Manager, manage the buildings common conference rooms:  ensure they are set accordingly, payment and usage documentation has been received and when booked assist tenants, members and guests with audio visual connections and other event needs.
  • Create, execute and market a monthly cadence of events and programming that enriches members and tenants workday. 

Sales & Marketing

  • Manage building campus communications including newsletters, mobile application content and signage
  • Assist Member Experience Manager and building campus leasing teams with potential member and tenant tours.
  • Do local outreach to promote conference & event rentals and assist property manager or Member Experience Manager with local marketing events, which includes after hour events. 
  • Respond to all event & conference room inquiries within the same day.

Compensation:

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $58,000 and $62,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.

You will also be eligible for up $5,000 in performance-related bonus pay.
