Project Manager - Systems Analyst Power Apps

Role Description:

'- Manage projects involving the development and deployment of Microsoft Power Applications.
- Analyze system requirements and business processes to design and implement effective Power Apps solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide L1 and L2 support for Power Apps (Service desk) and assign support tickets to wider team as requried.
- Service level reporting and day to day management of service requests.

Required Skills:

'- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Power Platform tools.
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of systems analysis and design methodologies.
- Applications support and service desk experience
