The Role

Working as part of the IT Program Management team, which is responsible for all IT business performance activities & reporting, you will take the lead in the enhancement, configuration, and operational deployment of ServiceNow.

You will report into the IT Program Manager and work with team members across the business to support and enhance operational processes enabled by ServiceNow. Those teams will IT, HR, Finance, and more, for whom you will be their primary contact point.

Working arrangements for this role are flexible – you can work remotely, onsite at one of our UK offices, or on a hybrid basis.

 

What you will do

  • Work with the primary ServiceNow stakeholders and their teams to understand their requirements and suggest and implement proposals for process improvements.
  • Work with existing ServiceNow Partner to manage and prioritise a ServiceNow development backlog.
  • Share ServiceNow knowledge to other members of the IT team including the provision of training/education sessions where required.
  • Development of the ServiceNow environment to meet the changing and growing needs of the company. Coding, configuration, testing, and support.
  • Assist with the development of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and measure development, data source identification, workflow development, qualitative and quantitative metric analysis, and reporting in a variety of formats.
  • Provide technical documentation on modules / products.
  • Maintain high level of product and solution knowledge and an up-to-date skillset in ServiceNow Experience.  

What you bring to the role

  • 3 years’ experience working in a ServiceNow Developer (or similarly relevant) position.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Application Developer.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, from the technology, development, integration, and modules, to design, develop, implement and test modules in line with agreed timelines, budget, costs, quality and development standards.
  • Expertise with Dashboard and Report Creator within ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Ability to work in a project driven environment with strong organisational, prioritisation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.
