The Role
The Contracts Manager oversees commercial operations, managing and negotiating client contracts and building relationships both with our clients and across the business. You will be partnering with our EngageXD team, the Experience Design specialist area within Inizio Engage.
This is a hybrid working role reporting to our VP, Group Commercial Affairs. Occasional international travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Business Partnering - promoting excellent relationships with internal team members and senior management and provides regular status updates.
- Contract Management
- Lead negotiations and management of client contracts (MSAs and SOWs), ensuring they align with our requirements whilst maintaining standards.
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to draft, review, and finalise client agreements.
- Understand how budgets are created and negotiate pricing within fixed parameters.
- Business Metrics - track, manage and improve contract related metrics that demonstrate customer service.
- Relationship Management - develop relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term collaborations, while addressing and resolving any concerns or issues raised.
- Problem Solving - analyse information to solve problems and present proposed solutions to Management.
- Communication and Negotiation
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills in engagements with our teams and external clients.
- Convey complex information and negotiate deals that align with our goals.
What skills and experience you bring to the role
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems, analyse information and achieve quality standards
- Strong analytical and financial management abilities.
- Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Extensive experience in the healthcare industry is helpful, and demonstrable experience of working within Experiential, Learning or Employee Engagement services would be advantageous
