Internal Communications Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Internal Communications Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for storytelling, engaging employees, and driving internal communication strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

 

As our Internal Communications Executive, you will help deliver clear, compelling, and effective communication across Inizio. Working closely with the Communications, Content and Creative Lead, you will develop and manage content, maintain internal communication channels, and support employee engagement initiatives.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Creation & Management – Develop engaging and informative content for various internal channels, including intranet, emails, Viva Engage and video messaging.

  • Channel Management – Maintain and optimize internal communication platforms to ensure effective message delivery.

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and different departments to facilitate seamless information flow.

  • Event Coordination – Support the planning and execution of key internal events, such as town halls and colleague webinars.

  • Data Analysis & Insights – Track and measure the impact of internal communication initiatives, using insights to refine strategies.

  • Project Support – Assist in the development and implementation of communication plans for company projects and initiatives.

 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 3 years experience in an internal communications or corporate communications role, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective internal messaging.

  • Exceptional communication skills – Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

  • Content creation expertise – Experience in writing, editing, and designing content for various formats and platforms.

  • Project management abilities – The capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong relationship-building skills – A collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders across all levels.

  • Analytical mindset – Ability to collect and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.

  • Technical proficiency – Experience using internal communication tools and platforms.

This role can be based remotely but will require travel to other offices from time to time.
