
HubSpot Admin Associate
We are seeking a Junior HubSpot Administrator to support our CRM operations and assist with marketing automation processes. This role involves significant data processing activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HubSpot data to support sales and marketing teams. While HubSpot experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong Excel skills, experience in Business Development Representative (BDR) roles, or exposure to other CRM platforms. Power BI experience is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including data management, user access, and system configuration.
- Handle data processing and maintenance, ensuring data accuracy, deduplication, and completeness within HubSpot.
- Support lead and contact management processes, ensuring proper segmentation and tracking.
- Maintain and optimize workflows, automation, and marketing processes within HubSpot.
- Assist with reporting and dashboard creation, leveraging Power BI and Excel to provide insights for sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and ensure HubSpot is utilized effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic CRM-related issues.
- Stay updated with HubSpot best practices and new features to improve system efficiency.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing automation, sales operations, or Business Development Representative (BDR) roles.
- Extremely strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not mandatory) or exposure to platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data entry, processing, and reporting tools.
- Power BI experience is highly desirable (creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail oriented.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, or sales enablement tools.
- Exposure to APIs or integration tools like Zapier.
