About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contractor) to join our team and drive full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our growth and mission. This is a strategic recruiting role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep experience hiring across engineering and product functions and can operate independently with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruitment for roles including software engineers, product managers and technical leadership.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles and interview plans.

Craft compelling outreach messages and source passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub and other channels.

Screen candidates for technical capability, culture alignment and role fit.

Manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and maintain data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse).

Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up.

Track and report recruiting metrics; make data-driven suggestions for process improvement.

Advise hiring teams on market insights, compensation trends and interview calibration.
Requirements

7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years supporting fast-growing startups or tech companies.

Proven success hiring for roles such as backend/frontend engineers, product managers and technical leadership.

Strong sourcing capabilities, including Boolean search, talent mapping and outreach personalization.

Experience working in a contract/consulting capacity with the ability to manage time and priorities across multiple roles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with ATS platform (Greenhouse).
