We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team at our headquarters in Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. This individual will play a pivotal role in deploying our ERP solutions and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Position Overview

As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in the petroleum and convenience store industry to guide customers through the successful implementation of iRely’s ERP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, requiring occasional travel to work directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:

    • Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes.
    • Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.
    • Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
    • Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.
  • Implementation & Deployment:

    • Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.
    • Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
    • Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
  • Standards & Processes:

    • Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization (PSO).
    • Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.
    • Maintain an average of 75% utilization on billable projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP software implementation, specifically in the petroleum and convenience store industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP ERP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer projects.
